A .PE domain can be used by anyone.

Registrant changes for .PE domains can be done online via api or webinterface.

.PE Domains can be renewed trough the webinterface or with the corresponding API command.

A .PE domain can be deleted by using DeleteDomain command. If a .PE Domain has been deleted it can not be restored.

Transfers for .PE are possible. The domain will not be renewed during the transfer process, but there is a transfer fee for this TLD.
.PE Transfers can either be done through the RRPproxy WebInterface or API with or without Authorisation Code.

- A .PE Domain Transfer can be initiated with a so-called Authorisation Code, which can be obtained from the current registrar through the owner or Admin-C of the domain.
- OR -
- You can initiate a .PE Domain Transfer without an Authorisation Code but in contrast to the Transfer with Authorisation Code, this Transfer Request has to be approved or denied by the losing registrar.
Restores are not possible at this point in time.
